DELIVERY TIME

Orders should arrive within 2-5 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination. Double Sunset is NOT responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, Double Sunset has NO control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Double Sunset will accept your returned merchandise, please contact us by email before you return your item(s). You can return item(s) within 14 days at your own expense (non-used item(s) in new condition). We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you for free or refund your money. Both the returned item(s) and the packaging have to be in unused.
