We hope you’re very happy with your purchase but if anything is not matching your expectations, please send an e-mail to hi@doublesunset.be and we will help you further. 

All items must be returned with the orginal tag attached and in perfect conditions within 14 days.

Once your return has been received and accepted your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.

SHIPPING COSTS
Belgium - 5 euro
Europe - 10 euro

PICK-UP IN STORE
If you choose pick up in store, you can collect your order at ENES, Steenhouwersvest 16, Antwerp.
Your package is usually ready within 24 hours. Once it's ready, you will receive an email (check spam)

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Double Sunset will accept your returned merchandise, please contact us by email before you return your item(s).

You can return item(s) within 14 days at your own expense (non-used item(s) in new condition). We will either exchange the item(s) and send it to you for free or refund your money. Both the returned item(s) and the packaging have to be in unused. 

DELIVERY TIME
Orders should arrive within 2-5 workdays after we have received payment, but may vary depending on the destination.

Double Sunset is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery, Double Sunset has no control over this. By placing an order with us, you accept the risk that your package may be delayed during shipment.
